At Rayhaan Perfumes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may return or exchange unopened products within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure the Packaging
Ensure the perfume bottle is in its original, sealed box and place it inside a secure shipping carton with sufficient padding to prevent damage.
Ship the Product
Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
